A config-driven Next.js platform that runs nearly twenty client and product sites, with SEO and monitoring built in.
The problem
Every client and product needed its own fast, search-friendly site, without maintaining twenty separate codebases.
What I built
- A config-driven Next.js template, so each site is mostly configuration and fixes reach every site.
- Technical SEO built in: JSON-LD, sitemaps and IndexNow, Google Business Profile, GA4 and Search Console.
- An internal dashboard that syncs Google Business listings and builds client reports.
- Azure Functions APIs on Node.js and MongoDB, with Bicep infrastructure.
- Application Insights with alerts across every production site.
The result
- New sites start from configuration instead of from scratch.
- Errors and failing forms raise an alert instead of going unnoticed.
