The problem
Roadside calls come in at all hours, and each one needs the same details captured accurately before anyone can be dispatched.
What I built
- A voice agent on 800.com that answers calls 24/7 and collects a structured service request.
- Webhooks that turn each call into a job, plus live-lookup tools the agent calls mid-conversation.
- n8n workflows for the handoff: SMS and email notifications, and alerts when a step fails.
The result
- Calls are answered around the clock and arrive as structured jobs, ready to dispatch.
- The same approach runs the agent on this site: ElevenLabs for voice, with a C# backend on Azure Functions.
